Bee Earrings in Sterling Silver with a French Hook. These bees were so fun to carve!
I carved the original bee in wax and then cast it using a lost wax process in sterling. I then made a mold of the sterling bee. Then inject wax into the mold and then cast that wax in sterling silver also using the lost wax process. Lightly polished with a dark patina in the recesses and with forged french ear wires.
These bees have great movement! The light catches the wings as it should.
